SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping Information:

Delivery time: 2–5 days*

We ship all orders with our service provider DHL (including tracking). Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and handed over to DHL within 1–2 business days.

* The delivery time is approx. 2–5 days, unless DHL experiences delays due to strikes or exceptional circumstances (e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic). Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation. When your parcel is picked up by DHL, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Shipping Costs:

Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping.
For orders under €49, a flat shipping fee of €4.19 applies.
(Order total = final amount after all discounts.)
If a return reduces the total order value below €49, the shipping cost will be charged retroactively.

International Notice:

We currently offer international shipping with the same pricing rules:
€4.19 shipping under €49 / Free shipping over €49

Note: Customs duties, taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the total order value and are the responsibility of the recipient.
