• Soak Your Fingertips
  Gently soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the adhesive.
  
• Lift from the Side
  Use a cuticle stick or your fingertip to slowly lift the nail from one side. Do not force it—be patient.
  
• Wiggle Gently
  Rock the nail from side to side with gentle pressure until it slides off comfortably.
  
• Clean the Underside
  Remove any leftover adhesive from both your natural nail and the press-on with a cotton pad and mild remover.
  
• Dry & Store
  Let the press-on nails dry completely, then place them back in the storage box for your next wear.

Exchange instructions:

Each piece of the wearable nail is meticulously crafted by a manicurist and custom-made according to individual dimensions. Except for quality issues, no 7-day no-reason return or refund is supported. In case of quality problems or other returns and exchanges, please take photos and contact customer service promptly for handling.

Regarding color difference:

Due to differences in displays, filters, and lighting effects, there may be certain color variations that are inevitable. Please refer to the actual item received. Perfectionists should be cautious when taking photos.

Regarding wear and tear:

During the wearing process of the product, avoid prolonged contact with substances that are prone to corrosion and wear, or prevent the nail sticker patterns, pearls, decorations, etc. from wearing out or falling off prematurely.

Regarding the finished product:

We will strictly control the product quality. The styles are carefully superimposed and made by manicurists. However, as they are all made by hand, there may be traces of manual work. A measurement error of

1-2mm is normal and does not constitute a quality issue. If the size is slightly larger, a sand strip can be used to make fine adjustments on both sides of the nail plate. The nail plate and arc have standard pro-portions. If there is an incomplete fit, special nails can be communicated with customer service. Nail pieces cannot be trimmed. Please confirm the length before placing an order.

Regarding nail patches:

If the armor pieces are lost or damaged and a single piece needs to be purchased, a fee of 10% of the original price of the entire wearable armor will be charged, and the shipping cost will be borne by the indi-vidual.
